Larking consisted of two site specific soundwalks that responded to the voices of the birds in the environment of Ljubljana. The first was at midday along the River Ljubljanica and the second was at dawn climbing up to Ljubjana Castle where the mists form during early autumn. In English, 'up with the lark' is a term for rising early in the morning, and 'larking' is a word for enjoying yourself, enjoying each other, doing something together. Slovenia is home to five Larks.
